TikTok safe zone template

The template is a transparent 1080×1920 PNG. Red marks the UI. A lime dashed box is the area that stays clear. Official mode uses TikTok's in-feed ads margins. Measured mode uses the high end of the organic range from the October 2026 research pass.

Drop the PNG on a top track in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or OBS. Set the blend mode to normal. Delete it before export, or leave it off the render. The checker can also draw the same guide on your actual clip and flag text that intersects it.

What to do with it

Download official and measured separately. They are not the same picture, and the file name tells you which one you saved.
The action column is part of the official PNG. It is the block on the right, not a full-height bar.
Templates are generated in the browser from the rules file. They are not a screenshot of the TikTok app.
For a combined worst case across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, switch the overlay to Combined and download that PNG instead.

TikTok specs

Web uploads through TikTok Studio run up to 30 minutes. 720×1280 is the published floor and 1080×1920 is the size creators should actually export.
